Sisters Studying in Cafes...

My name is Alice,
And I have these obsessions...

On Saturday, Heidi and I both had heaps of school/uni work to be done and after sitting at home trying to work through it with little to no success, I suggested we hit the road and try and find an awesome cafe to study in.

First we went to nambour Social. Obviously not a lot of studying happened here because it was lunchtime and we needed food. We ordered two mocktails and two meals to share. We also went a little crazy with the photos because of how appealing the food and drinks were to the eye. Of course, the people working here were amazing as always- super helpful and lovely. And the food was way past the benchmark!

We then hit up Kunara at Forest Glen. Looking for chia seeds for breakfasts (if my recipe turns out well I can guarantee there will be a blog post about it) and maybe a juice. We sat in the cafe for a bit more than an hour, studying and drinking unknown juices and kombucha, before it started to rain and we thought we needed warming up.

San Churro was one of the only places we could find that was still open and that would cater for what we wanted. We sat in and had churros for two while sharing a hot chocolate (Hot Tip: Order your San Churro Hot Chocolate 1/2 strength with extra milk on the side. That way it isn't that sickly sweet classic San Churro way and you can control and change it to suit you.)

I don't think I got as much studying done as I would have liked to but I feel like it was a well deserved and highly needed break from all the constant go go go that has hit me over the past two weeks.
