Queen Victoria Markets...

My name is Alice,
And I have these obsessions...

Today I hit up the Queen Victoria Markets and it was a pretty cruisy time. I figured out that the reason my shoes were giving me such trouble was because the blister plasters I had one, were actually making my life worse. After taking them off my feet were fine. Note: only keep blister plasters on for a little while and read the back of the package.

For those of you who don't know, the Queen Victoria Market is a massive market in Melbourne with food. produce, and retail shopping to be done. It is pretty amazing! I didn't go too crazy with spending, I spent more money on food than anything else. I did the entire loop and it took me about 2 hours through all of the sections (yes- including the disgusting fish monger section).

I was pulled into a coconut oil place. They make moisturisers and other beauty items from coconut oil. I really liked the sample that she gave me to start with and bought the moisturiser in the largest size they had. I kept walking around and bought myself a churro for $1, and some sweet and salty popcorn. It was difficult to toss up between the bacon flavoured or the sweet and salty but after hearing everyone around me saying it wasn't too flash, I couldn't pass up and old favourite.

It was a lovely day for the weather today, sunny with a cold breeze but after being in the shade for a little bit it was pretty cold so I bought myself a knitted, black headband to warm up my little ears.

Lunch was next on the list for me so I headed back into the produce section and bought an Asian style peanut slaw. It was pretty good, something fresh and healthy was just what I needed after being sick for so long.

I also ended up getting a coffee from a coffee shop called Market Lane. It was very cute and made a really good coffee!

After catching the tram back to my hotel, I am now hanging out in Starbucks trying to bring my blog back up to date. The hotel wifi has been great on my phone, but my laptop and it just aren't talking to each other.

Three days left in Melbourne and at this point I really don't want to leave!!
